PURPOSE: To make it clear that completion of a learning/achievement program has been accomplished, as a form of motivation.
Simply learning to try to "get better" may be frustrating as one might have no sense of progress - unless milestones and markers help clarify the progress that is being made. Then, we will feel good about it - plus be reaping more and more of the benefits from having gained the skills and knowledge to live life better.
ALTERNATE USE: To show others, such as potential employers, that you have completed these, as a show of your emotional health and effectiveness.

Each has a referenceable list of what you have accomplished to achieve this certification.
Each program or sequence listed in the learning modules (or even one custom created for you) can have a certification created, but these are samples. See examples of wording, below.
