RECOGNIZING WHAT IT TAKES FOR SUFFICIENT IMPROVEMENT
Improvement in each area is a product of applied energy (= force or "power") x time x focus. For simplicity, we'll include in focus the idea of prioritizing and doing what is most impactful - to do this we must have a battle plan that is directed to what is most impactful. The closer to the basic source, the more effective; the degree to which we are trying to solve symptoms, the lesser degree of effectiveness or in fact possibly virtually no effectiveness for the long term. Read Principles, Laws, and Lessons Of Life, and also Cause And Effect And Power. Our most effective learning is that which is focused on the basics of how things work, for if we learn those, we both stop the problem cycle from starting but we apply our efforts much more productively.
Improvement <-- Applied energy times time times degree of focus (intensity)
Applied energy = numbers times strength
Battle plan: Overall plan, steps, milestones
Completion = use sufficient time to get specified result.
