Fear (Keep only temporary real fear signal capability; debunk all false created fears)
Establish beliefs that work (correct all that don't)
Manage the mind (and understand it!)
Do what creates happiness; reduce eliminate what doesn't
Do what creates fulfillment/satisfaction
