THE DAILY PRE-FLIGHT CHECKLIST
FOR HAVING A GOOD FLIGHT!

Pilots use pre-flight checklists, since it is a disaster if they miss something.  They want to be sure.

I would suggest that the same goes for you: that you should handle what is need to be in good shape for the flight through your day - each day!  Why risk and experience a bad day needlessly, if you can prevent it?!

How do I want to be during this day?  How do I want to feel?  What do I need to shore up and to be fully alive?  What do I need to tell myself and/or make sure I remember?

Violate the checklist at your own peril or follow it for your great benefit. (Later, I added the simple, quickie checklist as one that could more easily be used, or put on a daily planning sheet, monitoring sheet, or master checklist for the day sheet [morning launch checklist, in orbit check in, end of day check-in (for adding items to correct or improve)]

THE GO! CHECKLIST

__ Physically strong, alert, fueled up and ramped up for the day
__ Fully know how I will live my day (who I will be, my intentions, standards)
[See grounding pieces to read to remind oneself of what to do.]
__ Fully know what I will do for this day (and have installed high value items!)

THE CHECKLIST

__ To have a feeling of aliveness, of energy.  To have enough energy for the day, so I can feel good and productive.

   __ Adequate rest, a good night's sleep.
__ Rev up my physical engine by exercising for sufficient time to feel energized.
Of course, long term I need to do sufficient exercise 4+ times a week to be strong and
healthy, to follow a routine that is for 30 minutes or more.  To not have this pushed out
by other things, I may have to do it first thing in the morning (and to make it easier so
that I don't resist it:  Making Exercise Easy - And Enjoyable, Besides Getting The
        Benefits
__ A very good, healthy breakfast eaten with plenty of time, not rushed.

__ To have no worries occupying my mind.
   __ To have

__ To feel strong and to know I can handle things.

__ To feel I have a great base, a great foundation for my life, so that I need not be concerned about the "little stuff"; to be able to keep things in perspective

__ To be happy no matter what

__ To have my commitments and standards firmly in place.
__ I am committed (could use these as "intentions for the day")
__ To create my happiness, to be stress-free all day and feel good all day
__ No drugs (beyond what is medically required),
__ No stimulants (as they will tire me)
       __ To rest when needed
__ To taking "pauses", for keeping my perspective and calming my body
__ To eating well during the day, for no sugar imbalances and no sluggish food
__ To promptly handle and resolve all problems (as challenges and something to be
solved, not something to be considered as "bad" nor to fault myself at all)
       __ To live my values
       __ To live authentically
__ To learn something that betters my life
__ To read and systemically improve my knowledge in a specific area
__ To follow my learning program! (and to not "go random" on myself)

SO WHAT WOULD I REVIEW OR DO TO BE ABLE TO FULFILL THIS CHECKLIST?

Follow the routine, just like a pilot would systematically check the equipment functioning...

I could copy or use someone else's to jump from, to design my own.  My Morning Checklist

I could scan the list and select a checklist to review (and/or use for the day) from Checklists For Running Life.

SET UP YOUR "GROUNDING ROUTINE"

You are the one to determine and decide how you will ground yourself daily.

To do that, you could copy and try (and then adjust) routines based on what you select from the following:

Some ways I may want to feel, from The Power Of Grounding Oneself - Daily! - Grounding, Centering, Reminding, Empowering, Inspiring:

Powered by passion, Full of aliveness
There are no limits!
I will do as much as I can to change the world for the better, and be satisfied with that.
Sense of accomplisment.
I choose to be free, be happy, be the inspiration.
A life I love.
I ask what cause me not to be and I change that
I have a dream
I will be  compassionate and kind, no matter what.
I have enough, more than I need and I can get enough.  I remember that I need not have more, so I don't sweat it!

Each of these can have a more detailed piece that gets one to that point.
OBJECTIVES

No worry, no stress

To feel I have enough, more that enough and that I can get enough as needed!
