THE 10 DEEP BREATHS STRATEGY
PREPARING FOR HIGHER FUNCTIONING OF YOUR HIGHER BRAIN  



You can't be in the right mindset for success nor filled up enough without your frontal lobe in full operation. 

A key practice to do before every period of using your brain and/or doing something where you need to be sharp is "The 10 Deep Breaths Practice". 

Simple.

Just close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths, as slow as you can, holding your breath as long as you easily and comfortably can in between breaths and pausing for a few seconds after you've expelled all of your breath.   During the outbreath, let your muscles go, relaxing them, allllllllll the way down as if deflating... 

It also increases your energy, as you are both calmed and oxygenated.  It puts you back into A High State Of Resourcefulness, where you are sharper and feel better.

THIS IS EASY, BUT ITS IMPORTANCE AND EFFECTIVENESS IS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.  DON'T SKIP OVER IT.  INCLUDE IT IN YOUR LIFE AS A REGULAR PRACTICE!

This "exercise" can hyper energize you, so cut it down if it is too much!
