INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED WITH THE PROGRAM

You will go at each of these until you reach stage I only (approximately 80% proficiency), later returning to refine further but getting alot of results from Stage I.

I have not linked the pieces yet, so you'll have to use the search engine to access any topic.

I have, however, added "paths" that will accomplish all these, so I would recommend that you follow these.  Pick your paths listed in The Paths, but I recommend that you also strongly read and implement The Only Sure Path To A Great Life.

As you study and learn these by taking time from your life to invest in your life, while living life in the hours (say 23 per day) left over, you will find that life is richer and more fulfilling than it ever was before, with that extra hour.  The reward and the elevating of your life comes as you do the process, not at the end!

Yes, it looks long, but the pieces are direct and to the point, so that you learn relatively more quickly, and find that the time seems not to be long at all, especially as you harvest your rewards from what you've learned!!!!!


THE PROGRAM STEPS

Deciding WHAT YOU WANT (the why and the measure of succeeding, no limits other than "realism")
    Based on what you value (and has meaning)
    Correcting the list to what you really want
         Knowing what actually produces happiness
         What a great life looks like 
    Do I have the capability? 
Getting a CONTEXT FOR WHAT WORKS IN THE LIFE GAME (Life's Greatest Lessons, The Three Key Problems Of Life, brief review)
    Models of effectiveness - The person living life as it should be lived - an attainable Model For Us All
MAKE TIME to have time - Clearing away all that is not vital, having time for everything you want - Huge!
    Do I have the time?
    Swearing the 80/20 pledge
    Swearing the rejuvenation pledge (and the Homeostasis rule!)
    Swearing off all attempts to control, correct, criticize, persuade, convince others or to "be right" for no direct purpose
Learn the basics about HOW THE EQUIPMENT WORKS - The body and the brain (and evolution)
    And what is realistic and doable 
          Working "with" human nature, not oppositing it 
               Willpower and self-control - Limits and what works (learn this here,
                     implement in pieces, below)
               Conflicting needs - No problema! 
Plug the POWER LEAKS
    Basic thinking - Having a Structured Thinking System - Permits you to revise fears,
        beliefs, make good choices - Without it, you're screwed!
    Fears - Remove all but the fear of tigers
          Establishing the safety baseline and what IS versus viewpoint of what is missing
               Establishing "sufficient certainty", no longer letting doubt in 
          Stress management - To "no distress"
    Bad thoughts, bad beliefs
          Dumping the harmful personas, roles - Allowing zero victim/dependency
    Bad conversations - Absolute zero of negative conversations; only zero
          No, zero, criticism or make wrong of first yourself and equally of others
    Toxic people removed, then the lesser contributors
    Stopping tolerating that which is deleterious or not optimal 
    Don't start anything in any way that you won't complete into a benefit.
    Plug the energy leaks from the energy machine
          Nutrition
          Non-exercise
          Non-rest
          Being out of homeostasis (operating with great dysfunctionality and poor
               thinking!)
Eliminate THE BARRIERS
    Unrealistic or unreasonable expectations - Uncreating the Unhappiness Gap
Plug into POWER - Power = ability to cause a desired result
     Basic learning
         You can't run until you can first walk
          Lots of failure, but of no real consequence
          Choose only to do high mastery around your calling and strengths
     Basic problem solving (see also Structured Thinking System
          Basic good decision making - Good choices make for a good life
     Basic emotional intelligence
     The power of habits (Devise and implement a bunch of them that are on your
         side!)
     "Filling up", maintaining "psychological energy"
FEEDBACK-ADJUST PROCESS - Continuous (Live The Life Of A Life Champion)
     Attention as to what works and what doesn't, and then correcting/revising asap
           Using the review/journal daily for observations and replays (
Building a STRONG FOUNDATION to stand on and depend on
    Safety baseline, as above
    Core operating foundation that is certain, reliable, sufficiently comforting, regardless of circumstances
    The strong stated and written philosophy of life
          With stands, commitments
     Radical (complete) responsibility - The Rational Nurturing Adult
     Complete your Postives Portfolio.
     Self-sufficiency
          Self-compassion - A must.  Kind to self.
DELIVERING MORE VALUE
    Value delivered to people
          Loving, with no or little concern for being loved
    Mastering high payoff skills
PEOPLE, PARTNERS that are supporting
    For heaven's sake, have a great coach (and maybe a few back up coaches that are not as great)
    Only be with positive, contributing people
    Make no major commitments without an excellent screening and info gathering process (even if "in love", as your BS detector is at a very low ebb and your view is at the highest unrealistic perceptions level)

    Procedures and practices that are supporting
    Monitoring and feedback systems
