MY CHALLENGES (K)
AND WHAT I WILL DO ABOUT THEM
In process
KEY OBJECTIVEST TO GET DOWN SOLIDLY
I must focus on the first and highest impact items, not getting drawn into other "interesting" topics, so I'll write these onto my list of "to writes" in my Achieve Planner.
Habits, Willpower area totally, so on point with a specific schedule that works, following a system:
Drop distraction habits
Procrastination
Having "two days" of fresh energy, every day (have my day be equivalent to 2 days!)
MY TO DO LIST
I will check off those items I've solved as I go.
__ I have whiled away the morning with emails and interesting things, gathering stuff for future writing (but not gotten into gear early enough). See update of changes, below.
__ I have tended also to "pile", collecting data plus my notes in my notebook and not process them
__ When tired or bored (?), I am tempted to play Spider Solitaire and then I continue for lots of hours, caught up in the "feedback" and flow of it all, but wasting alot of time and making myself tired, which affects the next day.
__ Later in the day, I too often feel "pooped" (or less energetic anyway) and then I'll make some bad decisions:
__ Watching TV, cause I don't feel like doing "work" or anything that is somewhat demanding, like reading. (Solved, see update piece, below.)
Also, it occupies me from any 'anxious' thinking
Disorganization
__ Leaving items around "like a mad scientist creative type", rather than putting them away and putting them on a list. If I do a list, I never seem to refer to it.
__ Lots of emails to "look at later", but hardly ever process them = incomplete
Incompletions
__ Not picking up stuff or cleaning up in the kitchen if it takes one or two minutes (five would seem to be doable).
Failure to follow schedule, commitments
__ Not doing my daily planning and to do list
__ Not starting off with high payoff items.
__ Forgetting to do my energy creator (stretching, yoga type) in the morning, so I don't feel as go-go. or as good physically.
__ Not resting when I need rest, trying to keep stimulated instead (Spider Solitaire! or being less productive otherwise)
Some solutions
My time wastes, especially when tired. And what I should do instead. My Low Payoff
