__ Exercise 30 minutes
__ No eating after dinner
__ No sugar, refined foods
__ Drink at least a 1/2 glass of water at a time, lots before 7, minimize afterwards.
*I note 'urges' and I decide what makes sense. I can choose to let them be and dissipate. I relax and breathe deeply."
