If I were to live my best life I would…
Live on purpose, accumulating what is of value, including wisdom and perspective.
It is crucial for my life that I follow these rules, as a I want to fully live in aliveness
and to fully harvest my life.
______________________________________________________________________
REFLECT – Writing in my journal every day, asking what did I do in the last day that was wholesomeness and not wholesomeness, and what do I intend to install from now on? What wholesomeness will I build into today to feel fully alive?
REJUVENATE – Schedule whole days ahead of time.
PLAN-DECIDE – Schedule special planning segments or days – Decide what and when, while in
high clarity state.
Have no day without a plan, live no day at the mercy of randomness.
IMMEDIATE SOLVING/DECIDING - Leave no problem without a time to be addressed to
completion.
DO SMALL NOW - Do those "quick" items (1-2 minutes or so) immediately; no pileups
ONLY DO THE TOP PRIORITIES - Only do the high payoff items. Delete the bottom ones
totally
BE FRESH EVERY DAY, ALL DAY!!! –
In order to use days, without easy distraction, I must be rested and fresh.
Use a nap to refresh, and use my second half of the day toward what is valuable.
NO IMBALANCES - I must have no physical or emotional imbalances in the way.
NUTRITION – No white foods, including sugar. Keep metabolism in homeostasis.
BED BEFORE 12
EXERCISE – At least 150 minutes a week, being able to do at least 25 pushups and 80%
of max heart rate for 30 minutes.
AVOID DISTRACTORS, SUBTRACTORS
No time in time-suckups, not living life: NO TV; it is solely a distraction
See detailed rules/guides for each area, on separate pages.
I framed this and put it on my hallway wall into the office - so I'd be able to see it and remind myself regularly, so I don't drift too far off my path.
