If one gets one's life priorities, work, fulfillment, and life philosophies set up well, as is the purpose of this site, then one will not depend on the violations of the above.  One will no longer be sitting in mild depression in front of the tv, with the bad eating and drinking and exercise habits attached to it and one will no longer be stressed to the level where addictions and avoidance serves to avoid and distract.  In short, one will live a vastly happier and more fulfilled life that is longer and much, more more satisfying.
