SOMETIMES A STRONGER AND CLEARER STATEMENT IS NEEDED
Although affirmations are to “affirm” something that is positive and is not untrue, it is sometimes not enough.
There are some things we hold onto that are not true and to some extent we occasionally realize it, but we still find they are a pull.
To handle those, we would use disclaimers to provide clarity on what is not true and to add power where there was not enough power.
You can mix these together with the positive statements for any even stronger shift in your beliefs and for a more rapid, more powerful change in your brain's programming.
SOME EXAMPLES
"I am not afraid of little piddly things or minor inconveniences. I simply accept them and move on, with nary a glitch."
"I absolutely disclaim ____________________________________."
"It is absolutely not true that I am still a small child." (Most people seem to want to hold onto the idea that they are small children.
"It is absolutely not true that I need other people’s approval or that it makes a difference that they affirm what I say. They have their own stuff going on, plus they are not necessarily aware of what is needed or even what is right."
"Nothing disastrous is going to happen. I need not and now refuse to be wary all the time of some impending thing that will happen that I cannot handle. I will handle it as well as I can at the time. I refuse and hereby give up worrying ahead of time. It does absolutely no good."
LAWS, TRUTHS, AND PRINCIPLES VS. UNTRUTHS
Part of the process of getting to what is true requires the paring away of what is not true. Once we get rid of what is not true, we are left with only the truth.
Many of the untruths I had to let go of in my life, that I needed to strongly disclaim, are under the Laws And Principles Of Life. See I Declare These Not To Be True.
Be sure you see which of these you agree with.
