HABITS TO CHANGE, AND THEIR REPLACEMENTS
A CHECKLIST TO "TICKLE" YOUR BRAIN TO DEAL WITH THESE!

tba in process, use search engine to find items.

In my quarterly planning (and in my initial LifePlan), I can use this checklist to see what is next for me.  I've attempted to do this by priority, based on their impact.  With good habits, you will have plenty of time for all that is important, including rest and being fully grounded - and your days will be virtually stress free and fulfilling.  We complain about life, but we engage in bad habits to such an extent that we are spending alot of our time coping with the problems cause by the bad habits!

D'ya think we oughta deal with this?!!!  (Duh!)

Print and circle the top 3 to deal with during the next quarter.

Or, start a permanent list (that will eventually have some items "checked off" as done) - List all you can, writing any notes next to the item.  Then put them in the order of the size of impact on your life, then handle the highest one first, using the "Changeology" procedure.
