HOW TO GET THE CONFIDENCE AND VIGOR OF TONY ROBBINS
WHERE THE POWER COMES FROM
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE HIS CONFIDENCE THEN YOU MUST DO THIS
As Tony strongly purports, follow the example of a model and learn all you can from him. Don't waste the time reinventing the wheel that has already been invented.
You would simply learn how he thinks and what he thinks - and then you can achieve the confidence (or close to it) that he has.
So, let's explore this, then.
Certainly, Tony Robbins must be (other than a true physical threat) "fearless".
And part of being "fearless" is to see through the threats and dangers that are not really threats and dangers and to know that you'll still be ok and be able to produce happiness, no matter the circumstances, no matter what.
And to know you can do that, you have to learn a number of things that help you be able to discern what are truly threats and what aren't. And that discernment process is one where one must simply apply systematic thinking (aka critical thinking, aka "effective thinking").
And you would have to concentrate on building a very, very strong core, so that you could operate well and be virtually invulnerable, because of that invulnerable core. And the circumstances would be just grist for the mill, not unhappiness producers..
"If there are super big crashing waves in life, just learn how to surf them." (My misquote of Robbins.)
I'd recommend you get exposure to him, and not spend another moment wallowing in worry, anxiety, illegitimate fear, mediocrity, escape...
The seminars will cost you some real money, but do at least one. And before that see the free videos and read his two key books,
The "secret" is to develop your "core" to have huge certainty...
I use Tony Robbins as a model for you, because you must be able to actually "see" what a truly confident person looks like if you are to seek being more like that. With no clear specificity, no one can achieve a goal or a way of being - vagueness does not work!
Note that it is often useful to simply start duplicating his behaviors, such as the Yes! process (see video link) and jumping up and down and saying positive things right after you first get up in the morning!
Much of what I write, I think, can be helpful, but there is no way I could produce what Tony Robbins has produced (at least not yet).
