WITHOUT THESE, RANDOMNESS AND REACTIVITY CAN RULE!
Like a teenager first contemplating sex, the standards and rules must be set first and be made clear or the temptation and feelings of the moment will rule.
In what areas do we need to set standards?
- Behaviors - For my life, my relationships,
- Time Management – since that is the stuff of life
- Physical Health – since that is what provides the energy
- Psychological Health – since that is what provides the freedom and focus to not live in limitation.
- Financial Creation and Management – since the creation and management of items
that support you in having financial freedom is vital
Here are some examples. Also, see the form for writing them down.
TIME MANAGEMENT
__ To not allow myself to needlessly operate when I am tired.
__ To refresh myself when I am tired, so that I feel good and will utilize my time
better.
__ To limit TV to no more than ___ minutes per day on average.
PHYSICAL HEALTH
What I Want:

To do that I set the following standards.

HDL 50 or higher
All the sleep I need. Currently, no less than ___ hours to be totally alert.
To limit my eating to 3 regular meals a day and 2 snacks.
To not eat, except for a small pre-determined snack three hours after the evening meal, after 7:30 p.m at night.
PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH
To be around, as far as is possible, only psychologically healthy, uplifting people.
To study and learn how to be happy.
