This is the order in which you do the steps.  They build on each other over time, and some need to be practiced so that they are installed.  The final result is that one is happy virtually every day, experiencing virtually no stress all day, and smiling alot.

Every bit of time spent to develop these will pay off with many, many, many better times, plus they will save you directly  wasted time and time fixing problems such that you'll be spending less

   Time spent    < (less than:)   Time saved

   Time saved = Eliminated time that was 1. wasted, no or low payoff and 2. time spent fixing problems
   Unhappiness eliminated = Not feeling badly about 1. problems, 2. self, 3. future

   Net return on time:  Huge, priceless!

(And we set up a way to measure whether to keep on learning in an area.  It is not an endless treadmill, as we see and measure how much ahead we are at each milestone.)


IDENTIFYING WHERE I AM AT

Where am I at?  The tests first. (Basic life skills, how I am doing in life, etc. Sets a baseline to measure
   against.)

WHAT WORKS

What does healthy thinking look like.  (You must clearly know what something looks like if you are to go
   toward it.)
What does a happy life look like.
What are the creators of happiness (We have "miswants" that do not actually lead to happiness, so we need
  to differentiate and sort out what actually works.)

WHAT DOESN'T WORK (AND NEEDS TO BE CORRECTED)

The necessity to remove the psychological barriers and the "feeling bad"s.
Correcting wrong beliefs into workable guidelines - You must be convinced of the corrected beliefs to have a happy life.
    Something is wrong
          Something is missing, versus there's plenty for sure
    Stopping all self and other criticism - Getting rid of good/bad, right/wrong, punish syndrome
    There is danger (Really?  Not so much, really.)
           Wants vs. needs
           Ascertaining uncertainty - Living in "sufficient certainty" and confidence. for life!
    Mistaken identity
    Dependency/victim role - And the myth of powerlessness
           Responsibility and power in life
    Cultural beliefs to correct 
Becoming virtually fearless 

CREATING HIGH FUNCTIONING "VEHICLES" FOR LIFE

Fixing the "vehicles"
   Attaining healthy brain function
        Not alarming the body and/or mind - the required "homeostasis" balance.
   Attaining healthy body function - If you don't feel good, with lots of energy, you're handicapped.
   Attaining a healthy lifestyle - So you can enjoy life
   Filling up the emotional/psych tank
         Self-care
Managing the day to attain highest brain and life functioning 

CREATING HIGH FUNCTIONIND "DOING" OF LIFE

Fixing the doing of life
   Effective problem solving
   Adjusting/feedback frequency
   Willpower, self-control, habits - Building the power without the failures 
Cutting life to what really matters, deleting the rest 
Building a super strong foundation that lasts and is always there
