INITIAL INTRODUCTION
HOW THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU AND WHY



Even if you only mechanically do what is recommended on this site you will dramatically improve your life.

You will only being doing 'doables' that any human can do and you need only repeat them enough.  You will be building habits that will operate automatically such that you will be freed up to create at higher and higher levels in life.  [A "doable" is a specific action that a human can do.  To do something that is "complex", one must have at hand the exact list of specific small actions to do and just do them in the order specified.  For any "big" thing any other human has done, there is a set of actions that person has taken to get the specific result - you can copy them! 

The result will be that you will be vastly more effective, happier and more satisfied in your life.

HOW DID WE GET THIS WAY?

We became how we are from what we learned “worked” for us.  But much of what we learned from our parents and our culture and from our own child naivete was not what would actually “work” in life.  [You know this already.]

Instead of living a life based on what works and correcting our lives for what works, we repeat our old beliefs and, as a natural result, voila!, we keep on getting results that don’t work

We become ‘smart’, ‘successful’, ‘powerful’ (or we don’t), driven by false standards and beliefs and strategies that leave us living life at a far lower level than we can live it.

How do we know what doesn’t work?


THE SIGNS

We know what doesn't work (duh!) by the signs (indicators, undesired results we get): 

       Stress  
       Avoidance habits ( bad strategies we think ‘work’, including addictions)
       Physical health other than very good (overweight, high blood pressure, low
           energy)
       Problems we create (as opposed to the normal challenges in life)
       Criticism, blame, fault as a viewpoint to live and drive life from (!)
       Bad habits (learned automatic behaviors that are triggered without real
           thought)

So, of course, the cure lies in changing the causes of these.

The cure does not lie in ‘solving the symptoms!!!’, for the causes will still create the symptoms.

The truth is in this corny rhyme:  ‘What you do not complete, you are doomed to repeat’ – over and over and over and over and over and over...


LEARN AND IDENTIFY WHAT WORKS AND WHAT DOESN'T

This site simply explains what doesn’t work and what does work, but emphasizes creating a systematic way to create a life that works, through ‘doables’ that any human can do.  (I screened it all down to 'doables' instead of theoreticals or 'hard to dos".)

When you finish, you will know what you want in life (truly, not false beliefs we have) and you’ll be creating the habits that will have your life run well automatically such that you can think and create more and more good stuff for your life, in terms of happiness, contentment and satisfaction

And when you get a bit of the way along, ‘love’ will naturally occur in your life, as there will be no ‘holding’, no 'missing', and no reason to be selfish – you will know at that point and beyond that you have more than enough.
