WHERE TO START
AND HOW TO PROCEED TO GET THE RESULTS YOU WANT

CONSIDER THIS

Though you will likely choose to fix only certain areas right now, the long term objective is to create a great life, wherein:

1. We are in a present emotional state "in the now" where we are feeling good, alert, energized, and happy.
2. We have a long term, solid emotional base for a great life, where we feel emotionally strong and powerful, are without stress/anxiety and are fearless virtually every day all day and are highly appreciative of life.

At that point we are living life as a life master, creating anything and everything we want with focus, clarity, ease and grace.

1ST - PICK THE AREA(S) OF MOST INTEREST- AND ALWAYS ASSESS FIRST!

First we must decide what we want to improve that will have the greatest impacts on our lives.  To do so, it is useful to look at where we want to be in an area and then look at where we are.  Try the basic assessment first, before proceeding on the rest

Assess. Ultimately it is better to gauge the areas of life to see where learning and better results are needed:

Overall Life Test (or link from there into the general page for tests).

List all areas where you could benefit.

Prioritize them according to what has the highest payoff per amount of time (not total payoff, but where the time invested will have the greatest return per hour).

[I anticipate adding some examples of the process and the best way to go, but you'll do fine with the above.]:

POSSIBLE APPROACHES TO FIND WHAT YOU WANT (All at no cost)

#1.  SPECIFIC ITEMS OF INTEREST:

Use the Search Engine, link to it from the navigation bar at the top od the page.

#2.  OVERVIEW OF KEY PIECES ON THE SITE

Read in order the Samplings Of Possible Interest.

#3.  OVERVIEW/LINKS ON A TOPIC AREA

Use the "contents, links" pages included in each section

Enter in the site search engine the topic or subtopic name and then "contents, links".

See a reading sequence in each contents, links page, plus other items of interest to link to.

Subtopics range from the Brain section to Life Philosophy to Learning and Thinking and most of all
             to Happiness.

Many of these are listed and linked at the SiteMap/Search page in "navigation boxes", from which you
will link to in most of your navigating.

#4. LEARNING AND IMPLEMENTATION PROGRAMS

To really understand and to implement what you need in each area, to get concrete results!

This master page to see listings of most of the programs is at:

Contents/Links To Learning/Implementation Programs And Plans

Select what you think would be useful and would have a high payoff.  Ultimately, I strongly recommend
that you follow one of the above "Overall Programs", to learn better and to tie up all the loose ends
           in an area.

WHICH LEVEL OF LEARNING SHOULD I USE?

For those who are interested in a more in-depth mastering of life and of being able to create enduring happiness, you'll want to use the latter approach.  And you'll want to determine the Level Of User you want to be and then follow the appropriate program(s).  The purpose is always to get to producing a valuable impact on your life, to complete what you start (or there is no impact result!), and to build a stronger and stronger foundation for living an enduringly happy life.

However, any learning of any of the key insights will make your life better.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FIND ITEMS OF INTEREST

1.  Find the overall area of interest, e.g. Physical, on a "Navigation Bar".  (Often they are in a "box" on the side of the page, or go to the Site Map/Search, often on the top of the page below the title.)

2.  Click on the red underlined link.

3.  Look for the specific item(s) of interest in that
    area.

4.  Link to the subcategories by using the search
engine (unless it is already in underlined red).

(Note also that you can go to any master page for each area and find links to the subtopics in that area.  Each subtopic may have some further subtopics - so if you don't find what you want at first just go to the subtopic and use the Contents/Links overview pages for easily scanning for what you want.).

PRETEND EACH SECTION IS A SEPARATE WEBSITE.

This site is unique in its construction and comprehensiveness.  I wanted to have it all in one referenceable and usable whole.

If you treat it as if it is a linking of separate websites, you'll find the site easier to use.

This navigation bar below shows most of the major topic areas, which also, in turn, have their own navigation bars or you might prefer a sections contents/links page.

This navigation bar is on the sitemap, but on most pages most of these are included at the top of the page, as on this page.

HOW TO NAVIGATE

Use the Site Map/Search page to navigate to the topic and subtopic areas or the "Navigation Boxes" on many of the pages.  At the top of each page, below the title, is a small navigation bar to the key overall areas.

By using either of those, you can navigate to a specific subtopic of interest.  (Clicking on any "red" word will link you into that item.)

Note that the area navigation bars have major headings where there is overall content on the subject, while some specific subtopic items are indented, indicating they have been separated out singly so that you can go directly to the subtopic.   Don't forget to click on those major headings for overall content!
