ABOUT THE LIFEBOOK NOTEBOOK SYSTEM:
The LifeBook Notebook System is designed to have a preset place for you to put every form so that you can have each available for referencing later. Go ahead, for now, if you prefer, and put any pieces you work on in a general notebook so they'll be ready to later refile in the appropriate separate notebooks when you decide to set them all up. The forms and explanations will be in the order of the reference numbers; however, not each of the forms needs to be used. We are setting up "programs" that specify how to proceed and which forms to use for different purposes, so that you can 'complete' (for the first time, an area that is relevant to you but which is not yet functioning at the level you would prefer.
THE "LIFE PLAN" NOTEBOOKS are the "central part" of the system. They comprise the guts of the operating system, which we suggest should be merged with the Franklin-Covey Plan Plus time management software (see Websites and Resources Recommended page). The tables of contents (beng finalized, but very usable right now) are provided for each of the notebooks, so that you can use the numbering system in order to place each form in the right and referenceable order. (Until the separate tables of contents are published, simply print out the Site Map III page and use it as a table of contents.)
You absolutely lower your chances of achieving life happiness if you do not do a WRITTEN plan!
The "Reminders" notebook should be incredibly valuable, as it is set up to provide a place for all the empowering, quick reference pieces that will bolster your moment, day, and your long term strength. If you use it daily, you will definitely live a more powerful, happier life!

CURRENT YEAR PLAN - Contains the plan summary, goals, and other short term plan parts.
LONG TERM PLAN - Contains all long term plan pieces, such as Mission/Purpose,
THE "LIFEBOOKS" - (Use the red, underlined links to go to the book itself.)
THE REMINDERS/GROUNDING/INSPIRATION BOOK - Contains those items you want available to review to "ground" yourself daily, by reminding yourself of what is inspiring and centering, what you are grateful for, empowering statements, who you are, etc. Designed as a strong centerpiece to keep you on track emotionally and life-wise. It should be used in a regular practiceas a way of taking care of oneself.
THE "ABOUT ME" NOTEBOOK - Contains all the information about yourself, from the personality tests to medical information, strengths and weaknesses, accomplishments, etc. This is the notebook that will allow you to look at and build who you are and who you can create yourself being. This is, I think, the most important notebook of all of them.
THE RELATIONSHIP NOTEBOOKS
"OUR RELATIONSHIP" NOTEBOOK - Contains all that is needed to create and maintain your relationship, including purpose, vision, goals, check-ups, agreement, communication, forms and tools. Since this is a vital area, this is an area to truly master.
"MY RELATIONSHIP CREATION" NOTEBOOK - So many people establish a love relationship randomly, sloppily, and without proper care. This contains such things as: my criteria, my plan, what a person of the opposite sex wants, what I need to become an excellent partner, compatibility and screening tests, resources, etc.
THE LIFEBOOK SUMMARIES NOTEBOOK - Contains summaries that you might want to review as needed, in a quickly referenceable system. This will also contain the Underlying Basics Sections that will summarize all of what is vital in life, plus key life principles and which can be used to quickly review "life" whenever necessary or useful for "grounding" oneself.
