Read so that you'll have a context and a greater understanding of why measuring and tracking all of performance is required if one wants an improved and successful, happy life.
"If you don't measure it, it won't happen."
TESTS/SELF-RATINGS
It is a good idea to take baseline tests that measure where you started, so that we can then retake the same tests in order to determine how much progress you've made and how much further you need to go for "sufficient mastery". (In the listings of tests, we classify the tests using a "(B) to indicate a good baseline test.)
About halfway through the "mastery process" you will ordinarily arrive at feeling quite good about life and yourself.
Although you may be anxious to proceed quickly, it will be quite meaningful in the longer run to take these tests first (you will learn something while doing them!) and then to be able to see your progress. Your happiness level should increase significantly.

INSTRUCTIONS AS TO WHAT TO TAKE AND WHERE TO GO
Each major subject section will have its own tests/rating/evaluation forms plus forms for tracking/monitoring your progress, periodically in the periods chosen (day, week, etc.).
An initial test is quite useful, as we can then retake the tests in order to measure our progress and to test final mastery.
If you're doing a general overview, you'll take the tests in the overall Life Management area. Pick only 1 or perhaps 2 to take, though you can take more if you want to.
And there are lots of various subarea questionnaires under the umbrella of Psychology. You'll take 1 or maybe 2 overall psychology tests and then perhaps, as you study one subarea, you'll take a deeper test in that one area. An overall test might be a happiness test. A subarea test may be something like self-esteem.
The easiest way to find the tests is to go to the contents/links for each subject area, wherein you can find links to each test.
