SOME OF THE KEY NEGATIVE EMOTIONS AND BEHAVIORS, DESCRIBED BRIEFLY

Reviewing some of the specific emotions and emotion issues helps you to be able to see how the process of review and making a new choice works.  We'll be using a process of logic and reasoning, where we actually think and use our brain for its highest function.  There is no other road to making actual substantive and dramatic improvements in life!

ADDICTIONS - About all behaviors that seemingly relieve anxiety but which cause problems or waste.
ANGER/CRITIC - Includes the subtypes of anger: frustration, irritability, impatience and how to let go of  the cause.
ANXIETY
