THE CENTRAL CONCEPT - SUMMARY
Reality =
What is observable, verifiable by scientific observers, and is indisputable
Not reality = Everything else (i.e. "not real")
Mental constructs (what you make up
strictly in your head)
About something that is real (or about
an about)
A drama about a fear of something that
is not a legitimate fear)
Learn to spot what reality is and to see that everything else is not reality - and is strictly created only in and by the mind. And know that you can create what you want to in your mind - after all you are the thinker who thought it up in the first place.
The key step toward a happy life: To learn not to believe what you made up in your mind is real. Being able to tell the difference is a sign of sanity. (See The Believing Brain.)
