Fear, and its strangely vague cousin anxiety, is a big thing. It runs people's lives. To solve, dissolve, or deal with what remains, you must understand the basis for it, so you can unravel the pieces in the process - and produce fearlessness, other than the instinctual ones that soon pass once we have done what is necessary. 99% of your fears can be disappeared! (The zebra runs from the tiger. Then it's over. The fear is no longer active. And he grazes calmly...)
Suggested Procedure:
1. Take the tests - to see where you are (and to get some perspective)
2. To scan through the Grounding Summary Modules, in the sidebar, for perspective on life and its pieces. Warning: This is in outline form, so you'll have to accept it as just an overview of key items to understand, going into detail as needed by linking into sections.
3. Read The Key Pieces To Read First (below), for overall understanding and perspective.
4. Select "Per Interest" pieces, below, you want to read
5. See the "Fears Lists", to start your exercise of addressing fears.
6. Read the Fearlessness pieces, below, to capture the idea, though we'll add more depth later.
7. Then it is useful to use the forms in Managing, Monitoring, as part of your management process.
8. Next, you must be able to do Problem Solving, so that you don't let unresolved problems hang around to weigh on you.
9. And then some readings on stress and worry.

handle fears and emotions?
After reading the key pieces, use the Fears List - Identifying Your Fears And What To Do To Handle Them form. This represent a "goals list" as you identify and prioritize your biggest fears and follow the paths to eradicating them AFTER you've done the basic grounding in fear management (so that you know more of what you're doing!).
FOLLOW THIS PROGRAM (Be as thorough as you can, go as deep as you need to to develop these fully. Do not, at all, take the losing process of stopping short. Pretend as if this is a masters course in life, one that you'll want to excel in!
Controlling The Emotions In The Body - Simple And Quick - About how the body reacts from our pre-conscious emotions - and what we cannot do (that, unfortunately, many people try to do or believe they can do) and what we actually can do, simply and very doably - so you can actually do what works!
The Experience Of Life - Thru Filters - The source of your experience of life is either fear or "love" (actually positivity, progressiveness, etc.). It is one or the other; it can't be both at the same time. By recognizing and controlling those sources, the quality of your life will improve dramatically.

The Belief Changing Process - All faux fears are based on incorrect beliefs that need to be corrected, replaced and installed. We will apply this to our fears list one at a time, but some will automatically disappear as their basis falls apart.

The process of systematically doing the fears list clearing will reduce and clean out the fears but full elimination of certain ones will only happen if you shore up your actual Life Capabilities. So, that is the next stage - and a wonderful stage to experience.
