REPLACED:
The replacement is updated and refined for easier use than being on an internet page.
______________________________________________________________
If you use this thoroughly, it will be one of the most powerful vehicles you've ever used.
Note that it is best, and easiest, to "populate" your notebook with all relevant materials, so that some will already do most of the work for you and so that the materials to work with are already there. For instance, many of the beliefs are already hashed out to a high degree and are printable for your notebook
It is recommended that you set up a version of your Reminders/Grounding Notebook, as you'll want to insert some of the affirmations and other items to read. If you set those up as you go, then you'll be adding some positivity to your situation, which will give you good feelings and happiness as you go and more fuel to keep on going. Read The Positivity Ratio.
Note some of the references you can use as you're going:

THE BELIEFS NOTEBOOK
Related to either THE "ABOUT ME" NOTEBOOK and/or the My Psychology Notebook.
Optional: Insert readings and instruction pieces. You can leave them on the computer to go back to, but in any event you should read and study each until you understand and follow through on the content. See the appendices for lists of readings.
Notes on what to do: Explore this for at least a concentrated month. Completion of new beliefs and a super-strong philosophy are immensely, immensely, immensely worthwhile, as they determine the quality of your life and influence much of the contents also. It is a terrible idea to wimp out on this just because it is challenging and takes effort – just do the easy quick versions and then build upon that overtime – I guarantee if you complete this you will be happy. (See Changing Beliefs. Also of interest: The Positivity Ratio.) See also the THE BELIEFS NOTEBOOK webpage on the site.
Reference: Primary reference while working on this will be Detailed Contents/Link For The Beliefs Section.
