TO START FROM
Here we have examples of what to be grateful for. What can you add for your own listing?
IF YOU DON'T DO this gathering and written exercise, you can't achieve the level of results that is necessary for higher happiness. Without full understanding and perspective on this, you will have unreasonable thoughts get in the way of happiness. Reviewing what you gather is part of the emotional renewal process that fills your emotional tank - at first, just for the moment, then later it becomes an automatic, self-reinforcing process, and actually, over time, becomes automatic "top of the mind" thinking (versus the normal crappola people let into their minds.
You will find it useful to insert these lists into your Reminders Notebook for immediate use and for reference as you develop your own. See the lists at the bottom of this piece!
The end point of this exercise and the learning program:
I fully understand and have complete perspective on what I have for sure in life and see that I do not need more to be happy. (Of course, I will accept more, but from the viewpoint that "more" is simply a bonus.)
